Questions

What people ask about museum games.

What does Exhibitry Games make?

Interactive games and simulations for museums, science centers and brand experiences: multiplayer video-wall races, VR simulators, gesture games and story games that visitors choose to play.

How does a game teach?

The lesson lives in the play. In the EV Racing Simulator, five players race head to head and feel the real-world edge of electric vehicles. In A Day in the Life, players make the choices a watershed steward makes.

How many people can play at once?

From a single player to a full station of five. The EV Racing Simulator seats five players at five touchscreen stations in front of one giant video wall.

Can a game continue after the visit?

Yes. Water Keepers plays in the gallery at the Ontario Museum of History & Art and on the App Store.

What technology do the games use?

Touchscreens, video walls, virtual reality, transparent OLED and Exhibitry’s award-winning TouchFree gesture technology, each chosen to fit the story and the space.

Who plays them?

Museum and science-center visitors, school groups, trade-show audiences and guests at brand events.

Who designs and builds the games?

Exhibitry, a 30-year design-build studio. One team designs the game, writes the software, fabricates the stations and installs them.
